Have you every felt so weary you didn’t know how you were going to get through your day? You need to learn how to renew your strength.

As a mom of 6 kids I can relate to feeling exhausted. I remember being so tired when I was pregnant that I turned the shower on then laid down because I was to tired to get in.

The Bible is so practical. It says that God “energizes those who get tired… those who wait upon God get fresh strength. They spread their wings and soar like eagles, they run and don’t get tired, they walk and don’t lag behind” (Isaiah 40:31 The Message).

Weariness is more than being physically tired it is also emotional exhaustion. Discouragement can slow you down. The key to renewed strength is believing the truth about God and receiving His daily encouragement.

Today if you are weary, put your hope in God and soar in His strength.

Here are a few quotes on Faith to encourage you:

Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.

Martin Luther King, Jr.
